Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item then please do so within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Goods should be returned with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. When using our returns service please obtain a proof of postage and retain this until we have issued the refund. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
Our Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, there is no problem. You can return or exchange an item 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item, or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. You also have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 7 days of receipt and return all the items. If you cancel your purchase in this way under the Distance Selling regulation, we will refund your total purchase amount.
HOW TO RETURN
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Complete the Returns Form (UK only) supplied with your delivery and enclose in the package. Post the package to us and retain proof of postage. We will refund the cost of postage to you on receipt of the package.
Please send all returns to the address provided on the Returns Form (UK only).
RETURNS OF INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods. Goods are returned to Of Earth and Angels at your expense unless the goods are faulty. If goods are faulty please contact our sales staff on 01464820707 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict. If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email.
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform in all material respects with its description, be of satisfactory quality, and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
The Contract Between Us
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation and will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

Shipping within the UK please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of goods.
Outwith the UK allow up to 21 working days for delivery of goods.
Despite our best efforts, items in our online shop may occasionally be mispriced. We verify prices as part of our despatch procedures and if an item's correct price is lower than the price shown online, we will refund the difference and send you the item. If the item's correct price is higher than the price shown online, we will contact you for instructions before despatch. We cannot confirm the price until you order.
In the event of you having a complaint or problem with any aspect of our service or the products we offer, please telephone us on 01464 820707. We take all complaints extremely seriously and we will try to rectify any problem quickly and effectively.
Our Customer Service representatives are available between 9:00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (GMT) Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
RISK AND TITLE
The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.
Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by email or provide you with information by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the order confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions, unless you notify us to the contrary within seven working days of receipt by you of the Products).
LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Scottish law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not party to these terms and conditions or a Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
